♠️ Peak Power Plan is an 8 week meet prep cycle to allow you to maximally express strength in the squat, bench and deadlift

♠️ Please put all maxes in the top left quadrant on both sheet one and sheet two. The last week of training(week 8) should take place on the Monday - Wednesday before the meet. The accessories are meant to eliminate any of the issues you would typically have from completing a heavy meet prep. Substitutions should only be made if you know the specific corrective exercises that will help YOUR issues.

♠️ this breakdown is to be repeated twice (4 weeks per block) with the RPE rate increasing incrementally in the second cycle.
